Rue des Sablières 45, in the 1435 postcode, is where Easyhome set up its Brabant wallon branch. Mont-Saint-Guibert opened in 2025, one of two offices the agency added that year, and it gives Easyhome a foothold in the most expensive province in Wallonia. From here the team covers the central Brabant wallon belt, including Ottignies, Louvain-la-Neuve and the Wavre area.
The price gap with the rest of Wallonia is stark. Brabant wallon recorded a 2025 median house price of 400,000 euros, comfortably the highest of any Walloon province and well above the regional median of 240,000 euros (source: Notaire.be / Fednot, published February 2026). The counter-intuitive point for sellers elsewhere: a "typical" house here can cost two-thirds more than the Walloon median, so pricing and buyer expectations work differently in this province than they do in, say, Charleroi or Dinant.
That premium market rewards precise valuation and confident marketing, which is where the Easyhome method, free valuation included, is designed to help. Being a 2025 arrival, the branch is young, but it runs on the same network-wide standards as the head office.
